Pineapples are lovely.
Eat more pineapples, it’s the only food to contain bromelain,an enzyme that helps the body absorb protein.
It also reduces muscle inflammation,so helps with joint aches and muscle repair.Plus,it’s an anticoagulant,reducing the risk of blood clots.





Drinking mono juices is the best way to consume fruits.
But ocassionally you can use this blend too.

Sunshine
Pineapple- 2 cups
Oranges- 2cups
Fresh Turmeric- 1/2inch
Lemon- if you like it.
Fresh enzymes from pineapple literally cleanse the whole intestinal tract.
