Salads are no longer boring!!
Eat this for breakfast or evening snack!
Cucumber Noodles (Cuoodles)

Ingredients:
Fresh cucumbers-2, Red/Green/Yellow Capsicum- 1 small, Avocado-1/4, Green chillies-1, Lemon , Basil leaves, Black pepper.

Method:
I use a spiraliser to spiralise the cuoodles.
Sauce- 1/4Avocado, pinch of salt, basil, chillies,lemon ,you can add garlic if you like.
Mixed the sauce in the zoodles & ate it immediately. Else cucumbers become too watery.So it is 100 percent fresh!!
